Producer: Sachi
The Portuguese company Sachi has built a solid reputation in the outdoor sector over the years.
Its flagship products are outdoor kitchens, thanks to their high level of design and quality materials.
The company also produces a wide range of furniture, from seats to tables, mostly using aluminium extrusions produced and assembled in-house.
The Naxos collection is part of a broader repositioning strategy for the company. We were asked to interpret this new course by renewing materials and workmanship. The theme was the use of steel rod combined with woven (for the exterior) and leather (for the interior).
We worked closely with the client to define a new expressive language for the products capable of strongly connoting the company, in coherence with the new identity.
The product development involved a long and intense collaboration with the craft companies involved in the production of the woven and leather parts.
From this exchange came ad hoc technical solutions that enriched the design while maintaining the idea and style of the project.
The family consists of chair, chair with armrests, stools and armchairs.
